Originally I bought the fluid head by itself and ordered the plate and pan handle afterwards. The company I work for most often switched camera systems right after I bought this and while I was waiting MONTHS for the pan handle to arrive.

So the entire time I have owned the head it his gone unused, an the pan arm and plate have never been used. He company I work for most often switched camera systems and there was no point to continue the tripod system at that point. Everything looks and feels like it's in great shape.
