This L plate fits the battery grip base for the Canon 5D MkIII body. The L clamp allows quickly and safely mounting your camera in either horizontal or vertical orientation to any "Arca-Swiss" compatible quick release clamp or device. This type of clamp is the industry standard for quick-releases.
