Manfrotto 410 geared head

I've been a full-time commercial/architectural photographer for a decade, but I'm finding I always end up reaching for my ball head instead of this one since it's just convenient. Notice one of the sticker pads is peeled off halfway. I did this because I noticed a little bit of jiggle with the head and unpeeled that sticker to access the screw to tighten it.
