Gitzo Series 2 GH2780QD Center Ball Head with Bubble Sphere and QR Plate

You are looking at a unused, brand new tripod head in its original box. All originally supplied accessories and papers are included. This head has a spring-loaded control lever for the quick release mechanism, which is rare in Gitzo's products.

As soon as you put the camera on the clamp, it triggers the spring to lock the plate down in one second. The oversized friction control knob is very easy to use, and it locks the ball rock solid.

The materials and built of the head is first rate. It can support a maximum weight of 31 lbs.

More than adequate for most applications. One unique feature of this head is that it not only compatible with the current Arca quick release plates in 38mm, but can also accommodate the older Gitzo plates in 50mm with a supplied adapter.
