This Arca-Swiss B1 Ballhead with independent panning lock and quick release comes with the quick release tripod plate and even the hex tool that tightens the plate to the ballhead. It can handle 90 pounds and gives you great flexibility. It's well used, but Arca-Swiss heads last for a long time and this one is still functioning perfectly. I just needed to upgrade.
