Bogen/Manfrotto 3057 (160) heavy-duty tripod head + 3297 (030L) 4 QR plate
This is a Bogen 3057 heavy-duty tripod head made by Manfrotto in Italy, and the newer Manfrotto version is model number 160. This head seems to be intended for large, heavy view cameras, hence the 4-square quick-release (QR) plate. That plate has the Bogen model number of 3297, and the newer Manfrotto equivalent is model number 030L. The plate has a 3/8-16 mounting screw installed, plus you can see that there are 7 flat-faced securing screws in the plate (one screw in each corner and 3 around the mounting screw). I'm also including a Manfrotto standard hex QR plate, model 030-14, with the 1/4-20 mounting screw installed. The mounting screws can easily be unscrewed from each plate and used with the other plate simply by screwing them in. And I'm adding 8 flat-faced, nonmarring nylon securing screws that can be used in place of the metal screws if you have a concern about the metal screws damaging a surface. You can find the specs on the Manfrotto 160 head by doing a Google search for "manfrotto 160, " and one of the top results should be a link for the universal view camera head at manfrotto.

I've given the height and weight of the head in the item specifics here, and the max load for the head is just under 22 lb. This head is in very good operational shape, the pan and both tilt movements are smooth, and the bubble levels look great. You can see some purely cosmetic scuffs on the black finish in a couple of places, and there are some slight cosmetic dings visible elsewhere if you look closely enough.

You'll notice the obvious abrasion to the metal toward the middle of the body in the 2nd photo, and that's just under 1/2" long and is 1/8" high, and it is also just cosmetic (I'm not the original owner, so I don't know how that happened). The black rubber mounting surface on the large QR plate has a slightly indented area visible in the photos, which is a partial impression of something that pressed into the rubber while mounted on the plate. And if you're wondering what the silver threaded hole toward the middle of the body in the last photo is for, that ordinarily would be where you'd store the other mounting screw for the QR plate (the head comes with both mounting screws), but I used that screw in the hex mounting plate. Please feel free to ask any questions you might have, and thanks for looking.
